Area Sales Coordinator

Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking an Area Sales Coordinator to assist with the sales of both the Hampton inn Enfield, CT and the Homewood Suites Holyoke, MA. The Sales Coordinator provides the support necessary to efficiently maintain current sales systems, applications, and sales databases. Details, maintains, and organizes group room contacts and room block inventories. Responsible for clerical, administrative, as well as producing marketing materials, and other duties to assist in the smooth operation of the Sales and Catering functions at the hotels. Responsible for assisting in managing the sales and marketing efforts of the hotel to maximize revenue.
