Job Description

  • Implementing SSL by-pass
  • parsing through SASE logs
  • checking network drivers, proper permission
  • understanding various HTTP errors and cause
  • using an Autonomous Digital Experience Management user monitoring tool to help pin-point issues
  • day to day will be receiving employee tickets surrounding network issues i.e. can't access the internet, can't access an application and working with that user to identify the issue and resolve
