Acting as the design authority, this role ensures our Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll storyline is consistent, scalable, and compliant — while still delivering local box office hits across the US, UK, and Central Europe. From Core HR to Learning, Payroll to Succession Planning, you’ll orchestrate modules like a cinematic universe, aligning them into one seamless, global franchise that supports Regal’s theatre workforce.
