
Laboratory Project Services Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking Laboratory Project Services Coordinator to join IQVIA Laboratories at Marietta, GA.
Job Summary:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support study setup activities by attending meetings, preparing minutes and action logs, and assisting with protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents
- Coordinate day-to-day study activities including site loading, Investigator Portal access, kit shipments, and centralized monitoring support
- Monitor study performance using status reports and tracking tools, and identify trends that may require escalation or follow-up
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries, protocol questions, issues, and escalations in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers and study teams, including leading key communications and activities when the Project Manager is absent
- Support study close-out activities and help ensure project outputs meet protocol, organizational, and customer requirements
- Participate in meetings, audits, inspections, and study training activities with sites, CRAs, and customers as needed
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred
- 1+ years relevant experience (Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry preferred)
- Computer proficiency in word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to use status reports, monitoring tools, Investigator Portal workflows, and site activity tracking to support study oversight
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a good command of English language
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities, think critically, and solve problems effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, customers, and external partners

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $43,000.00 - $89,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
