Job Description
Provides technical and management oversight of the local building sciences division within the organization. Duties include providing technical leadership, training, and mentoring to employees within this division. Works with technical practice director and/or district manager to define division expectations, standards, and goals. Conducts field investigations within employee’s respective area of expertise, troubleshoots technical problems, provides input and support to senior leaders, and may serve as liaison between client and company. Provides technical oversight of others and conducts peer reviews of division assignments. Works under minimal supervision, exercising initiative and independent judgement in the performance of assigned tasks.
