Roaming Task Force Manager

The Task Force General Manager provides daily leadership and support to properties during transition or whenever a property has a need. They are responsible for directing all associate functions of the hotel in accordance with the policies and practices of Sand Hospitality LLC., while achieving guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, owner satisfaction, and revenue and profitability goals. Assignment length will vary based on the need of the property. This position works in conjunction with Hotel Leadership Team to accomplish the mission. Responsibilities include hiring, training, budgeting, sales and timely reporting. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to travel to any location to fulfill an assignment.
