Lead MST Therapist (Multisystemic Therapy)

SCO Family of Services’ Juvenile Justice Initiative helps youth (12–17) and families reduce court involvement and strengthen family systems through in-home, evidence-based counseling. The MST team focuses on keeping youth out of the system and families together. The Lead MST-Psych Therapist supports the clinical supervisor, provides training, leads group supervision, and reviews cases. Candidates should have 1–2 years of MST or similar experience and a commitment to strength-based, social justice practices.
