Job Description
• As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will own the ongoing stability, optimization, and enhancement of HR systems, ensuring they remain current and aligned with business needs. • Act as the Lead and primary point of contact for all stakeholders on Ultipro/UKG WFM configuration, issues, exports, reporting, and implementations. • Lead and manage all HRIS Workforce Manager (Time & Attendance) projects and system enhancements. • Manage Tier 3 Ultipro/UKG requests with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset.
