Senior MEP Tender Engineer – Bouwprojecten

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Senior MEP Tender Engineer die het estimating team versterkt en bijdraagt aan de voorbereiding en coördinatie van technische offertes voor complexe bouwprojecten.

Je bent betrokken bij de vroege fases van projectontwikkeling en ondersteunt de voorbereiding van competitieve en technisch onderbouwde aanbestedingsdossiers. Je rol richt zich op de analyse, coördinatie en kostencalculatie van mechanische, elektrische en sanitaire installaties (MEP) binnen multidisciplinaire bouwtenders.

In deze multidisciplinaire rol coördineer je de technische evaluatie van MEP-systemen binnen HVAC-, elektrische en sanitaire disciplines, en zorg je voor afstemming tussen technische vereisten, uitvoeringsstrategieën en kostencalculaties.
