Job Description
The RMA Warranty Technician I collaborates with Customer Service, Product Line Management, Design Engineering, and Quality Teams to process, inspect, disposition, and report on customer returns. Sales opportunity/commission available. This position may also assist with general customer service follow-up, live fire testing, production, receiving and shipping.
