Telephone Triage Nurse (RN)

Presbyterian Homes & Services is hiring a RN Telephone Triage Nurse. The Triage Nurse provides after hours and weekend telephone triage support to our Assisted Living Communities. This position will office out of one of our PHS locations and/or from home. This position requires a current RN license for Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.  Assisted Living nursing and/or phone triage experience is required. The position is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).  About PHSPresbyterian Homes & Services (PHS), based in St. Paul, Minnesota, is a non-profit, faith-based organization providing high-quality housing, care, and service options for older adults since 1955.
