Senior Design Manager

GENERAL PURPOSE: Under general direction from the Project Director or Executive Project Director, leads, manages and coordinates the delivery of civil engineering elements of major light rail corridor projects, heavy passenger rail projects or bus projects within the Capital Delivery Department. This leadership role requires providing oversight and direction of large design consultant teams and close coordination with the Sound Transit Operations, Engineering, Safety, 3rd parties, and Quality Staff.
