Sourcing Manager

This position provides strategic leadership for sourcing and supplier development functions, ensuring a resilient, cost-effective, and high-performing supply network. Defines and executes spend and category strategies aligned with Steffes’ corporate growth and margin objectives, while driving cost improvement, risk mitigation, and process standardization across all sites. This role leads supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management, establishes KPI governance to monitor sourcing health, and partners cross-functionally to align supply strategies with operational and customer requirements. Develops high-performing sourcing and supplier development teams and scalable sourcing practices that support long-term business continuity, operational excellence, and financial performance.
