Trainee Program

The Training Program is designed to prepare the trainee for a career with Southern Tire Mart with growth in mind. In the Training Program you will be able to observe and work commercial, production, and corporate positions throughout the company throughout the country. Upon completion of the Training Program, the trainee will begin a career based on similarities between the trainees’ professional goals and Southern Tire Mart’s needs.
