Buprenorphine Prescriber-Consultant (NP, PA, MD)

The Buprenorphine Prescriber Consultant provides low-barrier buprenorphine-based medication assisted treatment (MAT) to individuals with opioid use disorder at Community Health Action of Staten Island’s New York State-authorized syringe exchange program, including provision of medical intake, buprenorphine induction, stabilization, and maintenance care. Up to 8 hours per week; over 2 days preferred.
