Primary Care Physician-Family Practice-HIV/AIDS

The Primary Care Physician is responsible for the provision of medical care in a community health center, which is recognized as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home, and which is a Federally Qualified Health Center, with a homeless program. The Primary Care Physician will report to the Associate Medical Director, or their physician designee. He/she will provide collaboration and supervision to the family nurse practitioners.
