Ayvens México City is looking for an Inplant, to serve as the on-site liaison between Ayvens and the client, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient vehicle management, and consistent compliance with service-level agreements.

Overview

Provides operational assistance to the account management team to ensure efficient handling of client accounts. Coordinates communication between account managers and internal teams, supports follow-up actions for account management activities, and monitors account activities while assisting in tracking KPIs.

The role does require attention to details, organizational skills, ability to follow processes and meet deadlines, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, returns, and replacements directly at the client site.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure vehicle availability.
• Address client needs, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve service or operational issues.
• Ensure all leasing documentation and processes are correctly followed.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance and service metrics.

Knowledge required:

• Bachelor's degree in LAE, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• English desirable.
• +2 years in commercial support, customer service or administration in the automotive industry or fleet management.
• Experience in handling contractual documentation and leasing operational processes.

• Punctually and discretion
• Excellent knowledge of city routes and traffic patterns
• Professional demeanour
• Ability to handle VIP employees.
