We are seeking an Intern Oracle Project Analyst (fixed-term 6 months), based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

This position is responsible for providing support for Oracle implementations with a focus on master data management activities.

 

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Provide support to Customer and Pricing master data conversion activities for Oracle ERP projects implementations in Europe.
  • Provide support to technical teams in troubleshooting the issues to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the implementation of new integrations between Oracle and 3rd party applications
  • Maintain and improve data integrity and accuracy while eliminating recurring data issues.
  • Perform data cleansing, audit, and validation.
  • Validate that customer specifications are complete and uploaded into all relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Ensure good communication with colleagues and internal customers.
  • Maintain and follow appropriate processes and procedures.
  • Provide user training, support and feedback.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • BA Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or any related field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent English language skills both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on tight schedules.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience. Prior experience is a plus, not a requirement.
  • SQL query language is a plus.
