We are seeking an Intern Oracle Project Analyst (fixed-term 6 months), based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
This position is responsible for providing support for Oracle implementations with a focus on master data management activities.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Provide support to Customer and Pricing master data conversion activities for Oracle ERP projects implementations in Europe.
- Provide support to technical teams in troubleshooting the issues to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Assist with the implementation of new integrations between Oracle and 3rd party applications
- Maintain and improve data integrity and accuracy while eliminating recurring data issues.
- Perform data cleansing, audit, and validation.
- Validate that customer specifications are complete and uploaded into all relevant systems.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Ensure good communication with colleagues and internal customers.
- Maintain and follow appropriate processes and procedures.
- Provide user training, support and feedback.
Required qualifications and experience:
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or any related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent English language skills both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and on tight schedules.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience. Prior experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- SQL query language is a plus.
