Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, the Culinary Leader (Back of House Team Leader) serves as a critical leader on the Restaurant operations kitchen team. The Culinary Leader is instrumental in leading the kitchen team to success. We are a scratch kitchen with the highest standards and take pride in our culinary success The Culinary Leader uses coaching and hands on skills, team direction, and follow-up to consistently achieve a happy kitchen team all the while maintaining our uncompromising standards for team culture, food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and sanitation.
