Job Description

Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, the Culinary Leader (Back of House Team Leader) serves as a critical leader on the Restaurant operations kitchen team. The Culinary Leader is instrumental in leading the kitchen team to success. We are a scratch kitchen with the highest standards and take pride in our culinary success The Culinary Leader uses coaching and hands on skills, team direction, and follow-up to consistently achieve a happy kitchen team all the while maintaining our uncompromising standards for team culture, food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and sanitation. We are looking for someone to work morning shifts, beginning at 4:30am. Average pay for this role is $20 per hour with weekly pay!
