Licensed Practical Nurse | Water's Edge | Full Time | PM's | $3,000 Sign On Bonus

Responsible for gathering and documentation of information concerning those residents living at Water’s Edge Care Center. Consult with RNs, the Director of Nursing, physicians, and the management team on nursing problems and interpretation of facility policies to ensure resident needs are met. Monitors staff activities and care provided to seek out opportunity to enhance the quality of care provided to the resident with an emphasis on person centered care.
