The Head of Hospitality is a community leadership role responsible for orchestrating an unparalleled luxury assisted living experience that rivals the world’s finest hotels and resorts. This position oversees the complete resident journey, from initial welcome through daily interactions, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence, dignity, and personalized care (non-ADL). The Head of Hospitality works closely with the Executive Director/General Manager, Lifestyle Director, Culinary team, Sales team, and other department leaders to maintain service standards, manage resident feedback, and elevate the overall hospitality experience within the community.
