Job Description
We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused team member to deliver a first-class experience across our electronic gaming area.
You’ll be at the heart of the action, engaging with customers, supporting play on machines, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards.
What you’ll do:
Deliver exceptional, professional service
Support customers with electronic gaming machines and resolve basic issues
Maintain machine performance, cleanliness, and presentation
Promote offers and create an engaging, welcoming atmosphere
Prepare food and drink in line with hygiene standards
Work with internal teams and external providers to minimise downtime
Support cash handling, reporting, and compliance
What we’re looking for:
Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach
Confidence in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Good attention to detail and commitment to standards
Basic technical confidence (full training provided)
