Job Description

Reporting to the Bakery Department Head and Bakery Technical Specialist, the Pastry Chef (Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries) is responsible for the overall production of all bakery products (Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries) produced and sold at the store. He/she is also responsible for overseeing and planning of all ingredients and dough for bread, cakes, rolls, mousse, puddings, sweet goods, batters and icings and frostings according to standard operating procedures or special customer orders…etc
