
Customer Project Coordinator - Product Management
Job Description
Processing of inquiries and incoming orders
Carrying out price checks and price determinations
Assisting in the preparation of the forecast
- Provide telephone and written support for existing and new customers
- Prepare quotations, calculations, and order confirmations
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
- Coordinate with field sales, logistics, and production teams
- Support sales projects and marketing campaigns
- Handle complaints and customer inquiries
- Generate statistics and reports for sales management
High School Diploma or equivalent – minimum requirement.
Vocational or Commercial Training – e.g., business administration, office management, or industrial clerk.
Bachelor’s Degree (optional but beneficial) – fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics can provide an advantage.
Continuous Learning – sales training, CRM software courses, negotiation workshops, and product-specific certifications
