Customer Project Coordinator - Product Management

Job Description

  • Processing of inquiries and incoming orders

  • Carrying out price checks and price determinations

  • Assisting in the preparation of the forecast

  • Provide telephone and written support for existing and new customers
  • Prepare quotations, calculations, and order confirmations
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with field sales, logistics, and production teams
  • Support sales projects and marketing campaigns 
  • Handle complaints and customer inquiries
  • Generate statistics and reports for sales management
  • High School Diploma or equivalent – minimum requirement.

  • Vocational or Commercial Training – e.g., business administration, office management, or industrial clerk.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (optional but beneficial) – fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics can provide an advantage.

Continuous Learning – sales training, CRM software courses, negotiation workshops, and product-specific certifications
