Behavioral Health Clinician I

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES TEAM (BHST) program consists of three teams. It is a Full Service Partnership (FSP) program provides intensive, community-based, recovery-oriented mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) who are at high risk of hospitalization, homelessness, or justice involvement. Services follow a “whatever it takes” model and emphasize client choice, cultural humility, and whole-person care. BHST utilizes the Stanislaus County Core Treatment Model (CTM) at all three levels of care (ACT, ICS, and Wellness), providing wrap around services, that help meet the individual’s needs across all life domains.
