Community Manager - Bay Pointe Towers

TRG Management is seeking a Community Manager. Ideal candidates will be very professional but still personable in order to get to know all prospective and current residents, stressing the importance of resident/management relationships. This position will be responsible for overseeing property operations; maintaining occupancy levels; ensuring positive resident relations; managing a maintenance staff; and complying with all reporting requirements.
