Job Description

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of inventory supplier invoices, resolving invoice discrepancies, and supporting weekly payment run activities for our North America operations. This position operates within a high-volume, fast-paced global resource center and requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers across multiple countries and time zones. This role is physically located at the Guadalajara, Mexico office and reports directly to the Global Resource Group leadership with functional direction from Corporate Finance located in Texas.
