Direct Care Supervisor - Youth Care - Residential Treatment Center

The Direct Care Supervisor provides leadership in conjunction with the House Manager in the overall management of living unit. This model reflects the mentoring, coaching and support of Direct Support Professional. The supervisor facilitates in the delivery of the program to assist individuals in acquiring the skills and self-esteem needed to establish and achieve personal goals.  Evenings plus minimum one weekend shift.
