The Job

We are looking for a confident, personable, and highly organised Guest Relations & Reservations Manager to lead the guest experience from arrival to departure. This role is responsible for managing reservations, overseeing the host team, maintaining exceptional service standards, and driving guest satisfaction while supporting venue growth through maximising covers and revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
