Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess loan applications and supporting documents.
- Analyze customer creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and financial history.
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing loan portfolios to identify potential risks.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare credit review reports and recommendations for management approval.
- Identify early warning signals and escalate high-risk accounts.
- Collaborate with collections, risk, operations, and customer service teams to improve portfolio performance.
- Maintain accurate credit records and documentation.
- Minimum of NCE certificate.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience with credit analysis or financial review is a plus.
