Key Responsibilities
Distribute benefit enrollment materials and confirm eligibility
Handle inbound customer service calls and follow-up inquiries
Respond to coverage questions while acting in the client’s best interest
Present customized coverage solutions using a guided needs-analysis process
Partner with leadership to stay current on products, services, and policy updates
