Senior Business Analyst

As a Vistex Senior Business Analyst, you will review a company or client's business processes and understand the end-to-end Business processes. You will be a focal point of contact for the customers to execute day-to-day operations of a Business user. The Business Analyst provides help and support to the Client Services and Operations teams through their knowledge of client Business process, Vistex Solutions and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) in order to support client queries. They assist a client or company to execute business strategies and ensure that the desired result is achieved in a timely manner and increase efficiencies for the clients.
