Mental Health Case Manager PROMISE

The employee is part of the treatment team. The employee performs a treatment function emphasizing accountability established through the funding source, and according to agency Policy. The employee is responsible for conducting risk/needs assessments and developing service plans for all clients assigned to their caseload, and implementing those plans subject to review by the Senior Treatment Coordinator and/or approval of the Program Director. Based on program/department needs, your schedule is subject to change.
