Pharmacy Technician - Bilingual Spanish-Boriken Pharmacy

Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation is seeking an experienced, customer-service oriented Pharmacy Technician for our managed pharmacy in the East Harlem, NY area. The pharmacy is located in the Boriken Health Center Clinic- This unique position is responsible for the coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders. This includes verifying/re-verifying insurance benefits; translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system; communicating and collecting copay amounts; prior authorizations/reauthorizations; and screening, identifying, resolving or deferring orders.
