Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team while gaining broad exposure to HR functions across the organization. This role works closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners located across multiple states who support employees across numerous locations, assisting with HR processes, documentation, onboarding activities, training administration, recruitment coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance-related activities. This role is designed as an entry-level HR position for individuals interested in developing a career in Human Resources and gaining exposure to core HR functions through participation in a variety of HR processes, projects, and initiatives
