FP&A Mgr

Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, business decision-making support, and capital expenditures/business development modeling for XL Parts. The successful leader in this role will have experience in implementing and growing financial analysis and forecasting capabilities across a broad organization while communicating effectively at all levels of an organization. Reporting to the VP, FP&A, your mission will be to support executive leadership in shaping the Company’s strategic vision and leading the development of functional operational and business plans.
