Job Description
Credible Messenger provides individualized mentoring, skill-building, wraparound services, and additional support to high-risk individuals and their families. This role uses a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to foster trust, resilience, and personal growth. Services are delivered in close coordination with program staff and guided by Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to ensure tailored, impactful support.
