Job Summary: The Inpatient Nurse Manager, provides leadership and operational oversight for the Medical Surgical Unit (MSU). This working manager role combines clinical expertise with administrative responsibilities to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered critical care. The Manager is responsible for staff supervision, training, scheduling, productivity management, and performance management, while also supporting departmental meetings, policy implementation, and budget planning.
