Job Description
The Job: The Community Hospital Nurse Residency Program is a formal, structured, post-graduate program, which is a part of the Vizient/American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) Nurse Residency Program.
This program is a paid, 12 month program, with bonus incentives upon completion of the program, as well as two and three year anniversary dates. this program includes monthly seminars with emphasis in nursing leadership, research based practice, quality patient outcomes, and professional development.
The program integrates unit orientation, observations, hands-on and classroom training with clinical experts and enhanced mentorship.
