General Managerial :
- Establish annual work plan for the overall building management.
- Plans working strategy in the related building management coverage.
- Initiate various programs to support the effectiveness of the department.
Building Operational Activities
- Responsible for the day-to-day running and maintenance of the building.
- Manage, plan, coordinate and monitor the physical, environmental and security conditions and general maintenance of the building facilities.
- Prepare and update plans for response to and recovery from emergency and disaster conditions as pertaining to assigned building(s).
- Lead and participate in implementation of emergency plans in appropriate situations.
- Supervise, directly and through subordinates, a number of employees assigned in various maintenance, janitorial, security and other service activities.
- Make periodic inspections of the office building(s) and equipment to determine if janitorial, security and other services are adequate and whether repair work is needed; reviews safety and security equipment and procedures for adequacy.
- Monitor contracts for housekeeping, Security, landscape and maintenance of building equipment; works with appropriate state official(s) to resolve any problems arising out of contractor non-performance.
- Maintain cooperative relations with occupants of the building; receives their complaints and makes necessary adjustments.
- Assign rules and regulations towards operation and building service excellent.
- Regulation to control damages and/or loss of the building property.
- Monitor communication process and enforce procedures, rules & regulations related to building operation and service.
- Manage all aspects of the clinic operations process.
- Manage “lost and found” within respective building.
Inventory Management
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment, furniture, and facilities within the respective building.
- Create and implement the inspection system and damages assessment of all physical rooms and equipment.
- Oversees and control the distribution and/or borrowing room keys in the respective building.
- Establish procedures to issue building equipment and ensure its proper return and storage.
- Coordinate and supervise set-up and take-down of building areas, equipment and furniture for special events.
Management Support Activities
- Provide Operational Report to GA Director.
- Suggest improvement process related to Maintenance Engineering & Building Operational activities.
- Perform activities related to quality management system.
- Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor.
requirement :
- Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Minimum 3 years working experience in supervisory level, or minimum 7 years working experience
