Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will enable us to provide high-quality, family-centered services that promote positive outcomes and improve the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client data and sessions
Collaborate with clients, families, and BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide support and education to families on behavioral strategies and techniques
Requirements:
Certificate in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
0 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
Ability to work part-time and full-time schedules, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in working with sensitive client information
