Location: Marco Island, FL
Position: Part-Time & Full-Time Housekeeping Roles
Hourly Pay: $16-$17 per hour plus a $15 travel fee for a people who live outside Marco Island
Shifts Available: Morning, Afternoon, and Weekend Shifts
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time/Full-Time

 

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for housekeeping roles in private residences across Marco Island. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy maintaining a clean, organized environment and providing light support to clients.
Your main focus will be housekeeping and light home maintenance, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning & Organizing: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning common areas (living room, kitchen, bathrooms).
Laundry: Washing, folding, and putting away clothes and linens.
Meal Assistance: Light meal preparation or assistance with feeding and maintaining the kitchen area.
Errands: Running errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other necessary tasks.
General House Maintenance: Ensuring the house is tidy and organized, including tidying up personal spaces and bedrooms.
Client Companionship: Engaging with clients in a friendly manner, providing companionship when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Active Certification: Valid HHA or CNA license in the State of Florida.
Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping, senior care, or personal assistance is preferred.
CPR Certification: Must hold a valid CPR and First Aid certification.
Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for errands.
Background Check: Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
