Maintenance Supervisors are primarily responsible for effective installation and operation of plant production equipment, production support equipment, and facilities. These responsibilities are accomplished through selection, development, and day-to-day direction of the activities of the plant’s maintenance staff. The Maintenance Supervisor will assist in the financial responsibility for tool crib inventory by directing and controlling levels, purchasing and standardizing parts and maintenance of equipment repair histories.
