Responsibilities

Responsible for the sales of the commercial vehicle (CV) finance for the state

Target Achievement – incremental growth in the Book Size and maintain the health of the book.

Sourcing Tie ups: Tying up with relevant sourcing agents in the industry and build alternate sourcing channels.

Guiding the team for achieving the Business.

Team Management and Its Productivity.

Monitoring for the sales process and its effectiveness.

Train and provide technical expertise to Field Sales Staff on the various Products.

. Cross-selling of products.

Maintain Nil NPA.

Pass on the market intelligence and suggestions to senior management
Qualification
Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
