Reimagine What’s Possible
The Agiloft CLM Administrator will own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and post-go-live support for the Agiloft CLM platform. This role requires a blend of strong functional and technical skills to customize workflows, manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the system to meet evolving business needs. As a lead, you will mentor junior admins and act as the trusted internal owner of the CLM platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Executes day to day administration configuration e.g. forms, fields, permissions, notifications, templates, and complex workflows to automate contract lifecycles.
- Maintains operational stability, configuration changes and end user support.
- Works closely with business / power users on requirements and issue resolution.
- Follows defined architecture and configuration standards.
- Executes changes within approved governance and release cycles.
- Support testing and release activities, including QA, functional testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features.
- Provide post-go-live production support, including triaging reported issues, analysing root causes, and resolving configuration-related defects.
- Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, support procedures, and release notes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience working on Agiloft or similar CLM platform.
- Post go-live support or implementation experience
- Strong understanding of contract life cycle management, legal operations and commercial processes
- Strong configuration skills in Agiloft or similar CLM
- Excellent communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification: Active Agiloft Certified Administrator (Business, Workflow, or Design level).
- Familiarity with Agiloft AI-supported data extraction or AI Screen technologies.
- Understanding of APIs, middleware, and SSO.
