Position Overview: You will serve as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting retail finance and Polaris Acceptance joint venture providing dealer floorplan financing programs within Polaris Financial Services. In this role, you will perform financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and operational support to ensure accurate execution and performance optimization of financing initiatives. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external lending partners to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Financing Operations
Support execution of retail financing programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives
Partner with internal teams and external lenders to ensure seamless program delivery and dealer support
Monitor program performance, troubleshoot issues, and support invoice validation
Financial Analysis & Planning
Analyze financing performance to identify key drivers, trends, and risks
Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for Financial Services income streams
Perform variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making
Complete ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives and leadership requests
Reporting & Data Analytics
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and recurring performance reporting
Leverage tools such as Power BI, Excel, and enterprise data platforms to automate and enhance reporting
Financial Operations & Process Improvement
Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems and partners
Support audit, compliance, and internal control requirements in a regulated environment
Gather and analyze dealer feedback to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service levels
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial services, or related field.
Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis
Experience in retail finance, dealer financing, lending, or financial services preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with Power BI, OneStream, Alteryx or Snowflake preferred.
Minimal travel may be required.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $80,000 to $111,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
