Housekeeping Trainer - Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort - Full Time Year Round

The Housekeeping Trainer is responsible for the creation and implementation of the housekeeping training program including cleaning standards and procedures for guest rooms, housemen and public space. The host is responsible for safety and chemical training and compliance, monthly reviews of program and host opportunities with Housekeeping Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager and Executive Housekeeper. The host will assist with daily assignments and supervision of floor inspectors and dispatcher. Other responsibilities include the proper inspection of all linens and amenities for the unit, assistance with weekly and monthly inventory. This is all to be done in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and operating philosophies of The Dollywood Company.
