Overview
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Missouri Pain Management Specialists, LLC is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our incredible team. We are a small private practice group working in collaboration with Boone Hospital. Ideally, we are seeking to fill a full time position but may have some flexibility to accommodate a part time status, if such schedule is desired. This position will provide direct patient medical care services, in partnership with our physicians, at our Boone Hospital Pain Management Clinic and Ancillary Clinics. We offer comprehensive pain management services with a focus on multidisciplinary treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Empathetically evaluate and treat a patient’s pain conditions in accordance with clinical best practices
- Serve as a resource for consultation and referral for providers from other disciplines
- Timely documentation utilizing the EHR system.
- Code and bill accurately and ethically for care services rendered
Essential Education, Experience and Skills:
- Active and unrestricted Missouri medical license
- Active D.E.A.
- NCCPA certification for a Physician Assistant or an ANCC or AANP certification for a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of a Master degree in Physician Assistant studies or Master of Science degree in Nursing Practitioner studies
- Active ACLS/BLS Certification
- EHR proficient
- Computer literate in electronic mail, word processing, and office management system software
Compensation:
- $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 base salary per year, compensation commensurate upon experience
- RVU productivity based bonuses, paid out quarterly
- 401(k) with competitive 401(k) matching
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule options for a full time equivalent position covering 4 or 5 days a week (part time options may be considered as well). Further discussed during the interview process.
