Job Role description
1. Training business development
A. Strategize, develop, and implement training courses on hydraulics & automation subject for Rexroth
customers, Channel Partners & employees.
B. Improve and sustain the efficient revenue model for training to third parties
C. Plan, launch, execute, coordinate and recording keeping of the training programs for the entire calendar
year. - including end to end processes like RFQ generation, preparing quotation, agreement with customer,
securing PO, SO making, training execution, payment collection, issuance of certificates and maintaining
record.
D. Identify, manage, enhance and co-ordinate with the internal & external trainer pool for theoretical and
practical learning
E. Execute the soft skill trainings for Rexroth employees & Channel Partners and maintain the competency
development record.
2. University & Edu tech Partner engagement
A. Continuous engagement with existing CoE & CoC colleges / universities to promote the activities
ensuring Rexroth brand promotion.
B. Promote joint curriculum development and joint certification program to universities & colleges.
C. Upgrade the lab setup and branding at CoE & CoC setups at universities
D. Run student competition across CoE
E. Meet targeted CSS & NPS with educational institutes
3. Manage Rexroth Learning Center (RLC)
A. Ownership of RLC setup, Equipments & technical upgradation
B. Ensure optimal utilization of RLC setup and support sales with Demonstration, promotion and exhibition
Required Skills
1. Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, electronics or related field).
2. 5 to 7 years experience in learning and development
3. Technical skill: Proficient understanding of hydraulics and modern automation technologies (PLC, Drives,
Motion Control). Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of Rexroth's product portfolio
4. Basic knowledge and exposer of Hydraulics & Automation technology
5. Academic Ecosystem Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Indian higher technical education
system, including curriculum approval processes (AICTE/UGC), accreditation bodies (NBA/NAAC), and
university administrative structures + Familiarity with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP)
and its emphasis on industry collaboration.

7. Flexibility to travel across India
